Payment

Paying for Our Services – How It Works

 

At Man Up - Evolution, we offer two flexible payment options to suit your needs. Please take a moment to review the following policies before booking.

 

1. Pay Per Session (Pay-as-you-Go)

  • This option allows you to pay for each session individually. Payments can be made via:

        EFT, online payment, or direct deposit (prior to your appointment)

Please note:

  • No discounts apply for this option.
  • If you miss or cancel your session, no refund will be issued. Instead, we will reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

 

2. Pay Upfront (Discounted Rate)

  • Commit to your personal growth journey by paying for a bundled package in advance and receive a discounted rate as a thank-you for your commitment.
  • The full program fee is payable upfront.
  • This option is ideal if you're ready to dive in and make lasting change through one of Man Up's structured programs.

 

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We do not offer refunds on any of our services. However, we are always flexible and happy to reschedule your appointments when needed. Life happens, and we understand.

 

Appointment Policy

We value your time and reserve each appointment especially for you. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so we do not charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice. In return, we appreciate your understanding that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel appointments on short notice. Should this happen, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Client Responsibility:

It is the client’s responsibility to follow up and provide alternative dates and times for rescheduling any missed or postponed sessions. We’re here to support you—just reach out, and we’ll make it work together.

 

Package Expiry Policy

To support your growth and maintain momentum, all prepaid packages are intended to be completed within a timeframe equal to the number of sessions purchased.

For example, a 4-session package is ideally completed within 4 weeks from the date of the first session. However, we understand that life can get busy or unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, we're happy to accommodate you—provided all sessions are completed within a maximum of 8 weeks from your first session.

 

This gives you a balanced window to stay on track while still allowing for flexibility when needed.
